Knowledge Items (KIs) are all the files you've added to Saganworks. They can be a variety of file types, including but not limited to: audio, video, images, documents, and web content
Bringing in these files is easy, like by dragging and dropping them from your personal computer's file explorer into a Sagan, using the Saganworks Chrome extension or using the Saganworks Android/iOS apps (to name a few). After you've uploaded files, you'll find them in the Knowledge Palette, as well as in the Knowledge tab of your Saganworks Account Management page.
