Note: While some Knowledge Items can be viewed closer within the app, all can be opened externally in your computer’s native application.
Saganworks makes it easy to find your stuff. Once you find it, you probably have something you’d like to do with it. Here’s how:
To open a file that is placed in a Sagan: Double-click on the knowledge item and see that it either: downloads directly OR opens in the close-up viewer. If it opens in close-up view, use the ‘eye’ button on the right-hand side to open it externally or click the download button to download it to the computer locally.
To open a file that has yet to be placed in a Sagan: To open files from your Sagan Drive that are not placed, you can go to the Knowledge tab of Account Management and open from there. Or you can double-click a file directly in the Knowledge Palette.
